Eligibility for Refund

  • cancelDamaged Products: If the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged during transit.
  • cancelWrong Product: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
  • infoNote: Due to the perishable nature of food items, "Change of Mind" returns are not applicable.

How to Claim

Share a photo of the received product and your order ID via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

01Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations or errors in pricing/product information.

02Payments

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure third-party payment gateways. Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

03FSSAI Status

Amma Ki Rasoi is a registered entity. Our manufacturing processes adhere to the hygiene standards prescribed by FSSAI. Registration number available upon request for verification.

04User Conduct

Users are expected to provide accurate delivery and contact information. Misuse of the platform or fraudulent claims will lead to permanent blacklisting.
